Warehouse Personnel

About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch’s supply chain team as a Warehouse Personnel. You will be responsible for building accurate palletized loads, ensuring product safety, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately build palletized loads from computer‑generated load sheets.
• Load and unload delivery and over‑the‑road trucks while maintaining proper stock rotation.
• Validate that loaded product meets Anheuser‑Busch standards and safety requirements.
• Utilize lean six‑sigma tools to improve warehouse efficiency and track key performance indicators.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, walkie riders, and forklifts safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 165 lb and work in temperature ranges from 36 °F to outside conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in consumer packaged goods, beverage distribution, or warehouse environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Vocollect picking system.
• Forklift operation and certification (preferred).
• Experience using lean six‑sigma tools for process improvement.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and walkie riders.
