Warehouse Packaging Technician

About the role

Join BASF's Nutrition & Health team in Bishop, TX as a Warehouse Packaging Technician. You will work on the packaging line, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficient operation of packaging equipment while supporting the production of nutrition and health ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment to meet production targets.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Safe Work, Hot Work, LOTO, and incident reporting.
• Perform product quality checks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with loading, shipping, and inventory control activities.
• Document equipment performance and report any deviations.

Required profile

• Commitment to personal and workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the packaging line.

Required skills

• Packaging equipment operation.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Basic understanding of safety compliance (Safe Work, Hot Work).
