Warehouse Operator III – Material Handling Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator III to safely operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment, support picking, shipping and receiving, and maintain accurate inventory records in our Hazleton facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and update the inventory system.
• Organize storage areas, label items, and ensure easy accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Act as an on‑the‑job trainer for associates on specific functions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.

Required skills

• Certified forklift operation.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and cycle‑count processes.
• Basic mathematical calculations for inventory accuracy.
• General computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
