Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials, tools and equipment for our projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The role ensures a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment while supporting site deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Prepare and stage materials for delivery to construction sites.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to load and unload trucks safely.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse, yard and storage areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in audits.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Assist with deliveries, pick‑ups and other tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2–3 years of warehouse, logistics or material‑handling experience, preferably in a construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
