Warehouse and Logistics Capability Manager

About the role

Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization needs a leader to design and roll out the tools, processes, and data integrity needed for global warehouse and logistics operations. Reporting to the Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead, you will build capabilities that enable rapid scaling of hardware supply chains across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define requirements for new logistics capabilities in partnership with internal teams.
• Own program management, selection, and implementation of warehouse, inventory, and transport management tools.
• Integrate third‑party vendor tools with Anthropic’s architecture while ensuring compliance.
• Enable expansion to new geographies by establishing tools, SOPs, and data processes.
• Conduct RFPs, drive tool selection or custom builds, and manage full testing and adoption.
• Develop and enhance operational metrics reports (cycle time, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, freight cost) to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping.
• Hands‑on experience designing and using warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheet‑based data analysis.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels.
