VP, International Sales

About the role

The Vice President, International Sales will shape and execute Argen’s global commercial strategy outside North America. This senior leader will drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Argen’s international commercial strategy, including annual business plans and sales objectives.
• Identify high‑potential global markets and create growth strategies based on revenue potential, competition, and strategic fit.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics for all international markets.
• Design and run a standardized global distributor management program covering partner selection, performance expectations, exclusivity, product portfolio, and territory planning.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain high‑performing distributor partners.
• Lead revenue growth, profitability, and market‑share initiatives across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Mentor and develop the international sales organization, fostering accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Partner with Argen subsidiaries and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Finance, and Executive teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international sales or commercial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute global market expansion strategies.
• Strong track record of managing distributor networks and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working across diverse geographic regions and cultures.
