About the role

The Vice President of Corporate Marketing will shape and execute Perry Homes' enterprise‑wide marketing strategy and brand platform. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive role drives brand stewardship, demand generation, digital performance, and alignment with field marketing to boost lead quality, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a corporate marketing strategy that supports growth objectives, sales priorities, and long‑term brand positioning.
• Own the Perry Homes brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, tone, and experience across all markets, communities, and communication channels.
• Lead integrated planning across paid, owned, and earned media, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social, content, email/CRM, events, print, direct mail, PR, and sales enablement.
• Drive demand‑generation programs that improve lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, Operations, and field leaders to align corporate strategy with market‑specific needs.
• Oversee analytics, measurement, attribution, dashboards, budget tracking, and executive reporting.
• Guide the marketing technology roadmap, covering CRM, automation, website performance, content platforms, AI tools, and process improvements.
• Manage external agencies, media partners, vendors, and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Strategic, data‑driven marketing executive with experience in residential homebuilding, real estate, consumer brands, or multi‑market environments.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing, cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into market‑level execution and measurable results.
