About the role
Dream Center Evansville is seeking compassionate individuals to join its volunteer team. Volunteers can engage in tutoring, meal preparation, mentoring, and other community‑service activities that support children and families throughout the Evansville area. Volunteers must align with the Center’s Statement of Faith and be willing to uphold its core values of Christ‑centered service, strategic relentlessness, nurturing dignity, excellence, and life together.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tutoring and educational support to children and youth.
- Assist with meal preparation and distribution for community members.
- Mentor individuals and families, offering guidance and encouragement.
- Participate in additional service projects as needed to further the Center’s mission.
Required profile
- Pass a criminal background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions.
- Complete Ministry Safe training prior to beginning service.
