Visual Designer – Web & Brand

About the role

CodeRabbit is looking for a Visual Designer to shape the visual language of its AI‑powered code review platform. You will own the creative direction of the main website, product launches, and campaign assets, delivering designs that are built and shipped directly.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain CodeRabbit’s visual language across web, motion, illustration, 3D, and brand identity.
• Create hero animations, launch visuals, event environments, and campaign assets that resonate with a developer audience.
• Take concepts from initial spark through to production‑ready code, collaborating closely with engineers.
• Establish typography, motion, and pixel‑perfect details that become the benchmark for the company.
• Build reusable visual systems and patterns to ensure consistent scaling across all channels.

Required profile

• Exceptional visual design instincts with a distinctive eye for detail.
• Ability to ship quickly while maintaining high craft standards.
• AI‑native workflow, using AI tools as creative partners.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, designing components and patterns rather than one‑offs.
• Deep understanding of web as a medium and experience collaborating with engineers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Ability to prototype or implement designs in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
