Videographer/Editor for LA Kings

About the role

The Videographer/Editor will create, shoot, and edit engaging video content that showcases LA Kings events, athletes, and games. You will craft highlight reels, feature stories, and behind‑the‑scenes footage for social channels, in‑arena activations, and broadcast.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, film, and edit video pieces from idea to final cut, meeting tight deadlines.
• Produce highlight sizzles, episodic stories, and branded content for multiple platforms.
• Operate cameras and produce on‑location footage during games, practices, road trips, media availabilities, interviews, and studio shoots.
• Organize and archive media assets on internal servers.
• Stay current on new equipment and techniques, proposing fresh content ideas.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across production teams.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to work with athletes, staff, and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere.
