Vice President, Walmart Customer Team

About the role

The Vice President of the Walmart Customer Team will drive profitable growth for Bimbo Bakeries USA across all Walmart formats. This senior leader will shape the Walmart strategy, lead joint business planning, and partner with brand, digital, and supply‑chain teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute the Walmart customer strategy and vision.
• Build and manage a world‑class Joint Business Planning process for Supercenter, Neighborhood, D1, and Spark formats.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Brand, Digital Marketing, IT Data Integration, Supply Chain Planning, and Revenue Growth Management to deliver profitable growth.
• Lead Walmart DSD technology initiatives and act as Bimbo’s voice in “Tomorrow Retailing”.
• Ensure consistent customer planning, KPI tracking, ROI analysis, trade effectiveness, scorecards, dashboards and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Walmart Merchants, Walmart Connect, Walmart Spark and Walmart DSD Ops to maximize partnership value.
• Inspire and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a player‑coach culture.
