Vice President, Token Authentication Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is building the future of digital commerce by making online payments more secure, seamless, and trusted. We are seeking a visionary Vice President to lead the development and deployment of token authentication solutions, including payment passkeys and enhanced data sharing, across tokenized transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of token authentication solutions, covering business cases, investment priorities, product roadmap, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Prioritize and scale authentication methods such as payment passkeys, enhanced data sharing, and Digital Payment Credentials across card‑on‑file, guest checkout, and agentic commerce.
• Partner with product, engineering, regional, commercial, legal, and operations teams to translate strategy into requirements, enable market adoption, and support global partners.
• Represent Mastercard externally with customers, partners, industry bodies, and standards organizations such as FIDO and W3C.

Required profile

• Senior product leadership experience in digital payments, authentication, identity, tokenization, or related technology sectors.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive business growth, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of tokenized transactions, authentication flows, and the Mastercard ecosystem.
• Strong people leadership with a record of building high‑performing, inclusive teams across geographies.
