Vice President, Talent Strategy

About the role

Great Minds is seeking a visionary leader to shape and scale its talent strategy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, the Vice President, Talent Strategy will drive culture, workforce planning, and talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the enterprise talent architecture, including workforce planning, job and career frameworks, and performance management.
• Develop and implement learning, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Lead talent reviews, culture initiatives, and ways‑of‑working transformations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the execution of talent acquisition, retention, and development processes to support the company’s mission.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably at the VP or C‑suite level.
• Track record of building and scaling talent strategies in high‑growth, mission‑driven organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution orientation, and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
