Vice President – Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

About the role

As Vice President of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) you will lead dnata USA’s safety strategy across all U.S. divisions, ensuring compliance with global standards and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve Safety Management Systems, HS&E policies, procedures, training and quality programs.
• Lead HSE initiatives such as behavioural safety campaigns and technology deployments, conducting gap analyses and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee safety data capture, analysis, risk assessment and reporting through MetricStream dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Ensure regulatory, legislative and internal compliance; conduct audits, manage HS&E records and oversee incident reporting and investigations.
• Manage departmental budgets, track performance against financial targets and provide executive insights on safety trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Aviation Management, Risk Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant safety, training and/or HS&E experience.
• Proven ability to build cross‑functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
