Vice President Private Banking Recruiter

About the role

The New Joiner Experience team is looking for a Vice President Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for the Private Banking segment. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, source, and hire top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through the first 30 days.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify new requisitions and ensure job descriptions align with global guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment processes, controls, and policies.
• Map talent, build and manage candidate pools, and act as a market specialist.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through multiple channels, collaborating with sourcing partners as needed.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain frequent, timely communication with candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and manage feedback in real time.
• Conduct pre‑offer calls, negotiate offers, and ensure proper approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and handle escalations effectively.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in a recruiter role, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to source and pipeline talent.
• Strong client‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting recruiting metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage expectations, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and within a team.
