This executive-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations. The Vice President will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing a team of regional and operations managers while partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale and optimize the business.What You'll DoDevelop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitabilityIdentify new business opportunities and lead expansion initiatives within the regionCollaborate with executive leadership to align regional plans with corporate goals and visionDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvementOversee day-to-day operations of parking facilities, ensuring high performance, safety, and complianceLead technology adoption across locations to streamline operations and enhance customer experienceManage regional budgets by overseeing revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization, while conducting financial analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate risksEnsure regional financial targets are met or exceededLead and develop regional and operations managers, fostering accountability, excellence, and innovation while driving performance and growthChampion a customer-first mindset by ensuring rapid issue resolution, continuous service improvement, and consistent enforcement of service standards and satisfaction metrics across all sitesEnsure full compliance with ADA, safety, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and local officials, representing Metropolis at industry events and community initiativesSupport sales and marketing efforts by providing local market insights and fostering strategic partnershipsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Urban Planning, or a related field10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, parking management, or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven ability to drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and lead large operational teamsDeep understanding of parking industry regulations, customer experience best practices, and operational metricsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel frequently within the assigned regionWhile not required, these are a plus:MBA or advanced degree strongly preferredFamiliarity with parking technology platforms and data-driven decision makingWhen you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this position is $215,000.00 USD to $245,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more.
