Vice President of Growth Creative

About the role

Stars + Honey is seeking a senior leader to translate executive creative vision into high‑volume, high‑quality assets that power paid growth, organic social, and all digital channels. You will be hands‑on in concept creation, prototype development, and guiding the creative team through execution and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Receive strategic direction from senior leadership on themes, messaging, and channel priorities.
• Generate and prototype creative concepts using AI tools for images, video, copy, motion, and voice.
• Curate and select the strongest concepts, discarding the majority and advancing the top 20%.
• Brief and collaborate with the design and editing team for final polish, brand application, format adaptation, motion work, and sound design.
• Coordinate with media buying and channel teams (Meta, YouTube, Applovin, Amazon Halo, email/retention) to launch assets on schedule.
• Measure performance rigorously and work with e‑commerce leadership to interpret results.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a doer who loves creating and iterating quickly.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to balance creative intuition with data‑driven decisions.
• Senior‑level experience leading creative output for growth‑focused campaigns.
