Vice President, Global Public Sector, Tolling and Parking

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead a new Global Urban Mobility team focused on expanding its Public Sector Tolling and Parking business. Based in New York, the leader will shape strategy, drive growth, and partner with regional sales, product, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative payment solutions for tolling, parking and connected‑car commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Mastercard’s public‑sector automotive portfolio, prioritising high‑potential tolling, parking and connected‑car initiatives.
• Provide expert go‑to‑market resources and sales enablement to regional teams, creating compelling materials and product requirements.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with government agencies, toll operators, parking providers and technology partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and launch new payment solutions that address industry challenges.
• Lead a team of Directors, fostering innovation and measuring success through transaction volume and revenue generation.

Required profile

• Deep experience in tolling and parking payments, preferably within the public sector.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑market programs and delivering commercial value.
• Strong ability to cultivate internal and external partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a history of driving innovation and scaling new business lines.
