Vice President, Global Client Solutions Business Development

About the role

Ridgepost Capital is seeking a Vice President to lead global client solutions and business development across its private markets platform. The role focuses on capital formation, investor relationship management, and new product launches for a range of private equity, credit, and venture strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Raise capital from new institutional investors and expand existing relationships.
• Drive fundraising scheduling, lead initial meetings, and coordinate detailed diligence follow‑up.
• Design and execute investor outreach processes for all P10 strategies.
• Maintain and service current investors, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Increase brand recognition and credibility through marketing and content creation.
• Support new fund launches, prepare presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and manage due‑diligence processes.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Ridgepost’s offerings and act as the primary liaison between investors and the firm.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or capital raising, preferably within alternative investments.
• Proven track record of building and managing institutional investor relationships.
• Strong analytical, time‑management, and judgment skills.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
