Vice President Finance – Global Operations

About the role

The Vice President Finance for Global Operations will partner with the EVP Global Operations and functional leaders to shape financial strategy, drive profitable growth, and ensure efficient delivery of world‑class content and services. This senior role balances cost management with performance, leveraging data‑driven insights and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial support to the EVP Global Operations for critical business decisions.
• Lead the development of annual and strategic business plans aligned with company goals.
• Deliver metric‑based, data‑driven decision‑making across the Global Operations team.
• Advise leadership on operating results, trends, and financial milestones.
• Evaluate potential alliances, acquisitions, mergers, and investments.
• Oversee all financial processes, including cost analysis, profit improvement, business case development, capital spending analysis, reporting, and cash‑flow management.
• Champion continuous improvement and automation of financial processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably at VP level or equivalent.
• Strong partnership skills with senior executives and functional area leaders.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Track record of driving cost‑efficiency while maintaining service quality.
