Vice President, Corporate Strategy

About the role

Arcesium is seeking a Vice President to join its lean Corporate Strategy team reporting directly to the CEO. The role blends strategic planning with M&A execution, helping shape the firm’s growth trajectory and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Strategy across the full deal lifecycle, from target identification to transaction execution.
• Build and maintain financial models, coordinate due‑diligence activities, and prepare high‑quality deal memos and strategic analyses for executive and board audiences.
• Proactively source and evaluate acquisition candidates aligned with Arcesium’s strategic priorities.
• Develop a scalable approach for investing in early‑stage companies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Product, HR) during transactions and integration.
• Represent Arcesium with investment bankers, private‑equity sponsors, venture investors, and other strategic partners.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record in corporate strategy and M&A.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience driving deals from origination to close.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leadership, board members, and external partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
