Vice President, Corporate Strategy

About the role

This position offers a unique chance to partner directly with senior leadership across JPMorgan Chase on firm‑wide strategic initiatives. As a Vice President on the Corporate Strategy team, you will own a portfolio of high‑impact projects, develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, and help shape growth opportunities for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives that address complex problems identified by senior bank leaders.
• Apply structured problem‑solving, design thinking, and quantitative analysis to drive recommendations.
• Gather, synthesize, and present data through financial modeling, valuation, and strategic presentations.
• Conduct competitor and industry research using both public and proprietary sources.
• Develop and communicate strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with senior executives.
• Coach and manage junior team members throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Problem‑solving experience from a top management consulting firm, investment banking division, or internal corporate strategy group.
• Strong quantitative analytical abilities and the capacity to translate data into actionable business plans.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Proven presentation and interpersonal leadership capabilities.
