Vacation Specialist & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Vacation Specialist who will also support digital marketing initiatives. This remote position allows you to create memorable travel experiences for clients while enjoying flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings and other events.
• Determine customers' needs, preferences, schedules, costs and payment plans.
• Plan and organize tour packages, excursions and day trips.
• Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, special events and honeymoons.
• Provide clients with proper documentation such as authorization forms, tickets and vouchers.
• Make alternative booking arrangements when changes arise before or during trips.

Required profile

• Own a computer or smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Enjoy helping people and have a positive attitude.
