About the role
Clair is building a digital banking platform that pays workers as soon as they clock out. The company seeks a UX Researcher who can both define strategic research questions and execute the studies themselves, shaping product decisions across the fintech product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Build and evolve Clair's user research practice, processes and tools.
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies across the product lifecycle, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and prototype testing.
- Partner with product managers and designers to translate insights into product strategy and actionable recommendations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience conducting user research in fast‑paced technology or startup environments.
- Background in fintech, banking or other financial services where sensitive financial decisions are studied (strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to synthesize findings into clear stories that drive product decisions.
Required skills
- Figma for prototype review and testing.
