UX Research Internship

About the role

Join the Bosch North America UX team as a UX Research Intern. You will work alongside experienced UX professionals to help shape the future of consumer, industrial, and automotive products while gaining hands‑on experience with user‑centered design methods.

Key responsibilities

• Support user research by assisting in the design and planning of qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesising findings, and translating insights into design recommendations.
• Engage with Bosch’s international UX community, learning and promoting state‑of‑the‑art UX research practices.
• Advocate for inclusive design, digital accessibility, and cross‑cultural user research within project teams.
• Help prepare design‑thinking and UX ideation workshops for various business divisions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.
• Previous internship, co‑op, or working‑student experience within the Bosch Group is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and basic business acumen.
