Utility Network / ArcFM Consultant, Manager

About the role

As a Utility Network / ArcFM Consultant, Manager you will lead the delivery of Esri‑based GIS solutions for clients across urban planning, environmental management and transportation. Working within PwC’s Business Application Consulting practice, you will guide project teams, manage client accounts and ensure successful implementation of ArcGIS and ArcFM technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and integration of Esri’s ArcGIS/ArcFM suite to improve client operational efficiency.
• Analyse and visualise geographic data to support planning, environmental and transport projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables while maintaining client expectations.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants in GIS methodologies and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and propose GIS‑driven solutions.
• Ensure technical standards and quality are upheld across all engagements.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to drive ongoing service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in GIS consulting or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS and ArcFM platforms.
• Strong experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) applications and data integration.
• Knowledge of GIS architecture and conversion processes.
