User Research Intern

About the role

Sleeper is building the leading platform that connects friends over sports. As a User Research Intern you will support research projects, monitor user engagement, and help improve the overall experience for millions of sports fans.

Key responsibilities

• Support research initiatives and synthesize findings for the design team.
• Monitor app engagement metrics using internal dashboards.
• Conduct benchmarking and ongoing competitor monitoring.
• Set up and participate in UX quality‑assurance reviews.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree (or recent graduate) with a graduation date in 2025 or less than 1 year of experience.
• Understanding of user‑research fundamentals and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, able to juggle multiple projects, and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a genuine passion for sports.

Required skills

• Experience with remote testing tools.
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing surveys.
• Ability to work with analytics dashboards.
