USAT Institutional Associate – Fintech Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven, organized, and entrepreneurial USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. The role will act as the execution engine for regional expansion initiatives, cross‑border pilots, and institutional onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional expansion leadership to identify, establish, and optimise on/off‑ramp infrastructures across high‑value corridors, analysing fiat and stablecoin liquidity flows.
• Lead local stablecoin FX pilots, defining milestone roadmaps and transitioning successful pilots into production environments.
• Serve as primary project manager for geographic expansion initiatives, conducting market research and tracking regulatory shifts to source and prioritise new corridor opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational execution and compliance for tier‑1 US institutions adopting USAT, maintaining KPI tracking and status reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development or operational execution within fintech, cross‑border payments, banking or digital assets.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross‑functional initiatives, coordinating technical/regulatory workstreams and delivering projects from concept to close.
• Solid understanding of cross‑border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics and regional fintech ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface seamlessly with internal partners, regional leads and institutional clients.
