US Attorney (Trust & Estate Planning)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified US Attorney to join our US Trust Division, focusing on trust and estate planning for high‑net‑worth clients. The role involves designing customized trust structures, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with US trust, estate and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document customized trust arrangements aligned with client objectives.
• Draft, review and amend trust‑related legal documents ensuring legal compliance.
• Provide clear legal advice on US trust laws, estate planning and related matters.
• Support ongoing trust administration, monitor beneficiary matters and resolve legal issues.
• Advise on estate and succession planning to optimize asset protection and tax efficiency.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and update structures in response to regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited US law school.
• Active US Bar license; fresh graduates with a US Bar qualification are welcome.
• Strong understanding of US trust law, estate planning, and related regulations.
• Familiarity with trust formation, administration and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of estate tax and wealth succession planning concepts.
