UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to join its delivery team in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on implementing and customizing UKG Pro (formerly Kronos) solutions, including scheduling and absence management, for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and validate specifications with stakeholders.
• Assist in designing solution architecture and customizing UKG Pro modules to meet client needs.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and support system integration between ERP and other applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and produce documentation and user training.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with implementation, development, and support of UKG Pro/Kronos solutions.
• Understanding of ERP integration techniques and ability to manage end‑to‑end customizations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical tasks.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
