UKG Dimensions Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

The UKG Dimensions Consultant will join Infosys’ Oracle unit in Richardson, TX, leading the delivery of Kronos Workforce Management and Workforce Dimensions solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on scheduling, time‑keeping and analytics modules, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps.
• Coordinate technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints and project phases.
• Support development, integration and customization of enterprise application packages.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
