UKG Dimensions Consultant – Project Lead

About the role

The Infosys Oracle unit, a global leader in Oracle services, is seeking a UKG Dimensions Consultant to lead project delivery for enterprise workforce management solutions. You will work on implementing, customizing, and supporting Kronos/UKG applications that drive operational efficiency for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support technical teams in development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

• Interface development with WIM and middle‑layer tools such as Dell Boomi.
• Integration using XML APIs, XML2 imports, web services, and standard import tables.
• Data conversion using import tables and XML imports with debugging.
• Functional or automated testing in Kronos timekeeper, accruals, and activities.
