UKG Dimensions Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a UKG Dimensions Consultant to lead project delivery for its Oracle unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Kronos Workforce Management solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support technical teams in development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to ensure quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.

Required profile

• Proactive risk management to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balancing project economics with strategic priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Kronos Workforce Management (WFC/WFD) implementation, development, and support.
• Functional expertise in scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activities modules.
• Interface development experience using WIM and middle‑layer tools such as Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Dimensions – Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Analytics.
