UKG Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a UKG Consultant to join its delivery team in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on implementing, developing, and supporting Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases, maintaining quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with implementation, development, and support of Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
• Functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities modules.
• Experience building interfaces using WIM and middle‑layer tools such as Dell Boomi.
• Strong risk‑management skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
