About the role

Cotton Holdings is seeking enthusiastic culinary professionals to join a traveling kitchen team based in Austin. Positions range from Kitchen Assistants and Line Cooks to Culinary Project Managers, all working on‑site at various locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen organization.
• Prepare and plate meals according to recipe specifications.
• Support culinary project managers in coordinating schedules, supplies, and team communication.
• Manage culinary projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Travel to different sites, adhering to a 30‑day on/14‑day off rotation.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel outside the state and work 12‑hour shifts, seven days a week.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
