Transportation Services Representative

About the role

As a Transportation Services Representative you will be responsible for moving coin and cash bins from Coinstar kiosks to a company‑issued truck and delivering them to designated locations. The role requires planning daily routes, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and transport coin and cash bins weighing up to 600 lbs using a specialized hand truck.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations and company policies, including required paperwork.
• Report quality or technical issues through proper escalation channels.
• Maintain personal appearance, ethical behavior, and professional conduct as a Coinstar representative.
• Care for assigned laptop, cell phone, tools, vehicle, spare parts inventory, and manuals.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience transporting goods or services.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; Commercial Driver’s License required for vehicles over 26,000 lbs GVWR.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early starts, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 85 lbs and maneuver bins up to 600 lbs.
