Transport Supervisor / Operations Manager

About the Position

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transport Supervisor to lead our daily logistical operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance culture within our transportation team.

Main Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily logistics operations, including drivers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Ensure full compliance with DOT, OSHA, and C-TPAT regulations, as well as internal company policies.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance professional growth and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and productivity goals using advanced transport software and reporting tools.
• Champion safety leadership by managing DOT hours of service and conducting pre/post-trip inspections in collaboration with the Safety Department.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, ethical conduct, and superior service quality.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Transportation, or a related field (or an Associate degree with 4+ years of proven experience in logistics/operations).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operational management or terminal management.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Transport Management Systems (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, C-TPAT compliance, and fleet modeling.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.
