Training Specialist, PX & Patient Coordinators

About the role

This position is focused on creating impactful learning experiences that improve the performance of patient‑facing teams across the United States. The Training Specialist will design, deliver, and continuously enhance onboarding and development programs for patient experience and coordination staff.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live instructor‑led training sessions for new hires covering systems, workflows, call handling, compliance, and role‑specific processes.
• Deliver targeted remediation and coaching based on quality reviews, performance trends, and leadership feedback.
• Design, build, and maintain eLearning modules, knowledge checks, job aids, and other resources within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Transform operational documentation and quality standards into engaging learning experiences using AI‑powered tools.
• Track training metrics (completion rates, assessment results, time‑to‑proficiency) and provide reporting insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Document Control, and leadership teams to identify training needs and support business initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and turn knowledge into measurable performance improvements.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills.
