Key responsibilities

• Lead training efforts for a major change initiative.
• Develop training materials such as virtual instructor‑led sessions, FAQs, and presentations.
• Translate change impacts into actionable training plans.
• Conduct readiness assessments and support leadership through change.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and content approvals.

Required profile

• Experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Highly organized with strong execution and follow‑through.
