About the role
We are looking for a Training & Change Management Lead to support a large‑scale transformation program. The role will translate change impacts into training strategies, materials, and engagement plans to ensure successful adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead training efforts for a major change initiative.
- Develop training materials such as virtual instructor‑led sessions, FAQs, and presentations.
- Translate change impacts into actionable training plans.
- Conduct readiness assessments and support leadership through change.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and content approvals.
Required profile
- Experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Highly organized with strong execution and follow‑through.
