Training and Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Training and Enablement Specialist will create and deliver impactful learning experiences that help customers and internal teams maximize the value of innovative software solutions. This remote position works closely with cross‑functional teams to improve product adoption, customer engagement, and long‑term client success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with customer‑facing teams to tailor training programs to client needs and business goals.
• Develop self‑paced learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructional videos, support documentation, and one‑pagers.
• Manage internal training requests, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact resources.
• Analyze engagement data, attendance metrics, and participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership on content development and training effectiveness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product updates and reflect changes in training materials.
• Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Technical Support, and other teams to align enablement initiatives.
• Track and report on training KPIs, content usage, and progress toward goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer enablement, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for varied audiences.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to large virtual groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
