Trainee Analyst – French Language Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Analyst who will act as a French Language Specialist supporting our global clients. The role involves translating, proofreading and researching French content while providing 24/7 technical and customer assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Read, write and format French texts according to client guidelines.
• Perform web‑based research in multiple languages and document findings.
• Support customers through rotational shifts, handling technical queries and translation requests.
• Coordinate multiple workflows and adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in French translation or language support.
• Strong written and spoken French and English communication skills.
• Flexible availability for rotational shifts and weekend work.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; customer‑service background is a plus.

Required skills

• QGIS (preferred).
