Thought Leader Liaison – Neuroscience Franchise

About the role

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for the Neuroscience Franchise will execute KOL engagement plans and peer‑to‑peer education programs across the Northwest Region. This field‑based position involves extensive travel to academic and community sites, supporting the launch and ongoing education of CAPLYTA®.

Key responsibilities

• Execute KOL engagement plans, peer‑to‑peer education programs, and faculty development activities within the assigned geography.
• Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with academic and community KOLs.
• Deliver compliant speaker programs, advisory boards, congress activities, and product theater events.
• Capture and communicate field insights, customer feedback, and market observations.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and other cross‑functional partners.
• Maintain awareness of local market dynamics, treatment patterns, and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience in sales, marketing, medical, market access, or other field‑based roles.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, compliant customer engagement and program execution.
• Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize and present insights.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel 60–65%.
