Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Weehawken, NJ. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance applications, leveraging AI‑driven platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Lead design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, integrate and update automated test scripts, ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and implement changes.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable test plans.
