Territory Sales Manager – Precision Cutting Tools

About the role

Heritage Cutter is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, Iowa, North and South Dakota. You will provide technical support to end‑users and distribution partners while driving sales of high‑performance carbide and diamond cutting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, set goals and track progress for the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, increase sales and profit margins.
• Coordinate internal resources and work with distributors to deliver solutions.
• Keep CRM data current, review lost opportunities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare monthly reports on account updates, quotations, and distributor activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years machining experience on manual and CNC machines.
• 2+ years sales experience (preferred).
• Engineering degree or machining trade certificate (preferred).
• Highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and set daily priorities.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of milling and tapping applications.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using project management software.
• Competence with spreadsheet and word‑processing tools.
