Territory Sales Manager – Peripheral Image Guided Therapy (Boston North)

About the role

Philips, the industry leader in image‑guided therapy, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of peripheral image‑guided therapy devices in the Boston North region. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product adoption, and collaborating with clinical and market development partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales of disposable products and services in the assigned territory while advancing revenue and market position.
• Monitor new and existing products in the subject area and stay informed on company offerings.
• Manage activity, development, and launch goals together with Clinical Specialists and Market Development Managers.
• Partner with hospital or clinic contacts to uncover new opportunities for product expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in customer relationship and account management within the relevant industry.
• BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge, able to present a compelling value proposition to key partners.
• Ability to manage accounts, drive utilization, resolve problems, plan business activities, handle budgets and expense reporting.

What we offer

• Total Target Earnings of $194,750‑$305,000 annually (base salary + incentive) plus a company fleet/car.
