Territory Manager – RespirTech Sales (Houston)

About the role

RespirTech’s Territory Manager represents the InCourage airway clearance therapy medical device, engaging pulmonologists and other specialists to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outside sales and territory management, including account management and new business development.
• Identify new opportunities, overcome objections, and influence prescriber mindsets while meeting growth targets.
• Conduct sales calls, in‑services, product demonstrations, and present clinical evidence to physicians.
• Educate healthcare teams on Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria for InCourage therapy and obtain necessary medical documentation.
• Analyze data to target priority healthcare teams, create sales call routing, and adjust routing to meet pipeline needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education, or clinical sales support experience.
• Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Ability to be in the field at least 90% of the time, including occasional overnights.
• Strong customer‑relationship building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent, or 7+ years of field sales experience.
