Territory Manager – Men’s Health (Houston)

About the role

The Interventional Urology Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives by cultivating business partnerships, providing clinical consultations, and driving market share for Coloplast’s implantable and single‑use surgical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives across the Urology territory.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, conduct clinical consultations, and support procedures in operating rooms.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision‑makers, manage inventory, forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze market data, monitor competitive activity and drive market share growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3+ years of medical‑technology sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of successful medical sales experience selling to physicians, preferably in urology and implantable devices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30‑50% overnight.
• Ability to work independently, strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
