Temporary Maintenance Technician (Apex)

About the role

This temporary position supports the Apex community while covering a leave of absence through mid‑December. It offers an experienced Maintenance Technician the chance to join Greystar, receive a $1,000 signing bonus after 60 days, and potentially interview for a permanent role at another Greystar community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the make‑ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and routine equipment inspections.

Required profile

• Proficient and safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and use the MS Office Suite effectively.
