Temporary Leasing Professional (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional to support the lease‑up of Mira, a new mid‑rise community in Raleigh, NC. This part‑time position will run until January 31 2027 and focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, answering questions about the community and its amenities.
• Conduct property tours and show available units to prospects.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms and prepare lease documents.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and address any concerns during their tenancy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Ability to work a flexible schedule of Monday‑Friday plus rotating weekends, not exceeding 25 hours per week.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional presentation.
• Willingness to engage with prospects and residents throughout the leasing cycle.
