About the role

Join Greystar as a Temporary Leasing Professional on the Escala community in Lathrop, CA. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets for a 195‑unit lease‑up property.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all sales and leasing activities, from prospecting to lease signing.
• Manage resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community events.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports using Yardi and CRM platforms.
• Adhere to the Friday‑to‑Tuesday schedule, with flexible seasonal hours.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience, preferably with lease‑up exposure.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and follow‑up.
